M.P. Shah Hospital is an 83-year-old institution and the first private hospital in Kenya. However, its share of voice lagged other hospital networks.
The hospital recognizes that health care is still expensive in Africa and wants to be known as a pioneer in more affordable, high quality medical services.
Our Solution
- We worked with the Hospital and Lions Eye Centre to open the first comprehensive Diabetes Care Centre (DCC) in East Africa.
- Used the DCC launch to change perceptions of the Hospital as level six, state-of-the art and not for profit.
The Impact
- Coverage in the leading TV and print media.
- Drove a spike in digital engagement equivalent of USD 305 583.
