Challenge

For 80% of people in Africa their community pharmacy is the frontline of the health system and yet they routinely stock out of essential medicines.

Field Intelligence was launching a new technology-enabled supply chain service, Shelf Life, to strengthen these businesses and improve community health in Nigeria and Kenya.

Our work

  • We designed, implemented, and trained the team on a new sales process. 
  • Built the early-stage sales communications and corporate positioning.  
  • Co-developed pipeline management tools and a sales collateral suite – including a digital cost calculator.

Impact 

  • Sales grew by over 300% within a year. 
  • Helped the business close a US$3 million series A funding round
