Challenge

Back in 2015 DHL Supply Chain was one of the very few providers offering a world class shared warehousing facility in Kenya.  

The challenge was to help them acquire customers for this facility and other supply chain solutions.

Our work

  • We worked alongside the leadership team in Nairobi – and the Business Development Director in particular – to improve overall sales culture and performance  
  • A one-year project in 2015 including sales process design and implementation. 
  • Conducted pipeline management, sales meeting support and sales team mentoring. 

Impact 

  • Helped drive a 30% increase in the pipeline value. 
  • Supported the closing of new sales valued at over US$1 million.
