The Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife wanted to review its 5-year strategy and launch a new vision for the Tourism sector to the industry stakeholders.
The aim of the launch event was to:

The Impact
- Prepared a detailed launch video explaining the four components that would deliver on a new vision for Kenya’s tourism
- We organized a series of events to enable the ministry to manage its stakeholder and realise its strategic vision by challenging conventional thinking of the traditional safari product.
- Attracted 1200 stakeholders.
